Natural Milk as it comes out from the udder of the cattle is free of any germs and bacteria, But once it starts coming in contact with the milking vessels, human hands, and equipment which invariably carries abundant bacteria, milk gets contaminated with these bacteria, some of which can be harmful to for human consumption Hence, like other natural food products, safety must be ensured before consuming milk.
