Dabur witnessed a huge market demand for their coconut-based products ever since its launch. To meet the market demands Dabur decided to expand their Coconut processing line in their Pithampur Plant. They launched Phase 4 which was entirely dedicated just for processing Coconut. They awarded us with the Phase 4 project looking at the successful functioning and efficient commission of Phase 3.
We started planning and designing the Phase 4 lines with 12 KLPH Coconut processing lines to meet the market demand. Keeping their requirements in mind, we offered them solution that consisted of:
Phase 3 being a challenging project, all the learnings and experiences helped us execute the Phase 4 project seamlessly without any major challenges.
Dabur had to conduct a trial run before starting off with the actual production for export level clearance. They stated that this type of trial run usually gets cleared after 2 or 3 such runs and every trial costs a hefty amount, but they could clear it in the very first trial run. Due to successfully passing the test, they could start the production immediately which saved their cost resources.
With the Phase 4 project being successfully commissioned, this Pithampur project stands as the first reference project in the coconut processing segment. This project stands as a testament for our success in the Fruits & Vegetables industry.
